Responsibilities

• Hit the ground running — leverage your rolodex to schedule meetings in the first month.
• Own quarterly six-figure revenue targets with confidence.
• Create and execute a new customer targeting strategy to close and expand new business.
• Work with potential clients and the team to determine opportunity scope, requirements, and specifications.

Qualifications & experience

• 5+ years of sales or business development experience selling software development services.
• Proven ability to consistently meet and over-achieve revenue-based sales targets.
• A rolodex of 50+ potential clients you can contact in the first week.

The role

• Shape the user experience and interface of a social commerce platform used in production.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams — product managers, developers, and designers.
• Create intuitive, visually appealing user interfaces that drive engagement and conversion.

Position overview

• Join a development team with full responsibility for the platform — the whole journey of building and maintaining the product, working agile.
• Take the lead on technical implementation to ensure the quality, scalability, and stability of our services.
• Collaborate closely with the Head of Consumer Applications and Product Managers.
• Work at group level across digital platforms in several European countries.
• Build new apps, add new modules to existing systems, and invent smart ways to improve the digital journey.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional .NET experience and a couple of years working in Azure.
• Strong Azure knowledge, including Azure Functions; experience with SQL databases and unit testing.
• Experience with REST and agile methodologies.
• Understanding of event-driven design, NoSQL databases (Cosmos DB, Azure Search), and object-oriented design.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
